Controls for shower systems

The Rossilator™ is controlled by a PCB or PLC with HMI. The oscillation speed can be coupled directly to the machine’s speed via an analogue signal or with the aid of a speed sensor. Stroke lengths of up to 12"/304 mm are individually programmable. If a problem or machine stoppage occurs, the shower water supply is cut off by a solenoid valve, preventing damage to the fabric or felt. DCS integrated solutions are available on request.
