Julius Schulte Trebsen relies on IBS iTABLE®

The IBS Paper Performance Group, the leading specialist in paper machine optimization, has successfully commissioned another iTABLE®. Over 30 different types of corrugated base paper and specialty paper are produced on the PM1 at Julius Schulte Trebsen. The IBS technology can significantly increase the efficiency of the entire production process.

Dewatering technology contributes greatly to paper quality and the efficiency of the entire manufacturing process. Perfectly coordinated components on the PM1 at Julius Schulte Trebsen ensure the right level of dewatering and stock activity that is essential for sheet formation. With the ability to control both stock activity and vacuum levels precisely and automatically, the iTABLE® offers maximum flexibility across the entire production spectrum.

"IBS was more than convincing in the technologically demanding further development of our wire section - from the holistic understanding of the process, to the technical concept specially designed for us, to the professional implementation of the project. With the IBS iTABLE®, we have already been able to achieve many of our ambitious goals in terms of production quantity and product quality," says Andreas Kretschmer, Production Manager.

iTABLE® - More than 250 installations speak for themselves.

The iTABLE® is the first fully adjustable sheet forming zone for Fourdrinier machines. The system solution enables precise control of dewatering and stock activity. The iTABLE® technology minimizes the consumption of raw materials, energy and chemicals, improves paper properties and increases dewatering capacity. There are already more than 250 installations of the continuously developed iTABLE® technology worldwide.
